HP 2133 Mini-Note PC

Saw this new HP 2133 Mini-Note PC at Harvey Norman retailing @ only SGD999, so small so portable man... It was almost like "Love at 1st sight" man!

Weighing at about 1.2kg, dimension 2.7(at front) x 25.5 x 16.5 cm, Display size 8.9 inch diagonal, Processor • 1.20 GHz, 128 KB L2 cache, 800 MHz FSB, operating on Genuine Windows Vista® Home Basic, memory is 1 x 2048 MB DDR2, with 120GB Internal hard disk drive, etc... .. .

Of course it's not of the best and top specification but it's portability that we're looking at here. As a Mac user, there're times where i wish i have another pc at home that's running on Windows to run some programs and do some other things. Of course i know that my Mac can run on windows too but it's a no no to me, wanna stick with the Mac OS if not it'll defeat the purpose of using a Mac. However i dont see a point in buying it as me dun need 2 notebook... .. . It'll be a waste of $$$ so just admire the beauty of technology then... .. .

*12June08-Update: During the PC Show, Starhub is offering this HP 2133 Mini-Note PC free with sign up of the Maxonline Express plan (monthly subcription@$59.92) along with a 2 years contract. So bloody tempted to sign up the plan loh, currently i'm using Starhub Maxonline SurfLite plan (monthly subcription@$29.96) so i thought if i sign up for the promo that means i'm paying $30 more per month for 2 years and that's as good as paying instalment for the HP 2133 Mini-Note PC and amounting to only $720. But no point lah, so still didnt go ahead to sign up for anything... .. .
